About Toledo's
A family story, told through food.

Our Story
From Family Kitchen to Community Table
Toledo's began as a family kitchen — the kind where recipes weren't written down, they were memorized through repetition, corrected by taste, and perfected over decades. What started with one small restaurant has grown into three locations, each carrying the same commitment to authentic Mexican cooking that defined our family's table.

Our Philosophy
Cooking Without Shortcuts
We believe in cooking without shortcuts. Our moles simmer for hours. Our tortillas are pressed by hand, daily. We source locally when we can and import specialty ingredients — like our chiles and chocolate — directly from Oaxaca and Puebla. Every dish on our menu exists because it earned its place through generations of family meals.
Our Tradition
"Every recipe carries a memory. Every meal, a tradition."
The Toledo Family
The Family
Guided by the Same Hands & Hearts
Toledo's is family — not just in name, but in practice. From the matriarch who still oversees the kitchen to the cousins and siblings who manage the front of house, every location is guided by the same hands and hearts that started it all. Our staff aren't employees; they're extended family, sharing our passion for Mexican culture and cuisine.

Community
More Than a Restaurant
We're proud to be part of the neighborhoods we serve. From hosting local events to partnering with community organizations, Toledo's is more than a restaurant — it's a gathering place. We believe food has the power to bring people together, and that's exactly what we aim to do every day.
